Our Restless Planet

It is said that the Cascadia range trench may be the most active tectonic plate activity in the world. A super hot spot for tremors, quakes, aftershocks, and tsunamis along the west coast of the USA and Hawaii, Japan. This rim has been sending out geo activity for so long that it appears the big one is getting closer to us anyway. Geoscience cannot predict earthquakes, so looking at the region’s swarms offers a clue to how unrestful the area is due to grinding plate activity.

I’d never in my life given much Creedence to earthquakes. After visiting the NW and getting so many alerts, my suspicion arose. Suddenly, I got a diorama view of Earth’s floating plates atop the molten rock. As they are fractured, but the pressure never ends. Hence, mountains and volcanic eruptions shake the earth and terrorize those living on the plates when they leak molten rock.

Somehow, in my life, I got the impression that we live in a very peaceful existence, in the calm, quiet, serene places we long to be in. With all respect, the illusions are just that. The sourounding life under and around us is indiscernible from pure magic. A world foreign to all sense of what is perceived as paradise.

Keep vigilant for the swarms occurring across the northern continent; they are only signs of what’s to come.
